Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP programs are a free, independent and confidential counselling service available for Victoria Police employees and their immediate family members (partners and dependent children) to help manage any work or personal challenges that may affect their wellbeing.
With no referral required, you can contact the service directly to access sessions with a qualified clinician or counsellor:
TELUS Health - 1300 361 008 – up to 12 sessions available to TPAV members and their immediate family.
Acacia Connection – 1300 364 273 - 6-12 sessions available to all Victoria Police employees (current, former, sworn and VPS) and their immediate family for Victoria Police related issues.
